3. Getting text in

logic: quickly enter and move text within PowerPoint

There is a simple way to enter and move text within PowerPoint.

paste text into powerpoint

Paste as text in Outline View. Then use the Enter key to create new slides (place cursor where marked with an arrow and press Enter).

Now use keyboard shortcuts to move text super-fast!

SHIFT + ALT + UP ARROW

SHIFT + ALT + DOWN ARROW

SHIFT + ALT + RIGHT ARROW

SHIFT + ALT + LEFT ARROW
